JillOAKDENSuddenly but peacefully in the care of Bradwell Court Care Home, Congleton on Sunday 12th April 2026, aged 82 years. Much loved wife of the late Neil and also a devoted mum, grandma, auntie, sister and sister in law. Jill was a devoted District Nurse, Midwife and Macmillan Nurse. Jill will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. It was a wish of Jill's that everyone attending the funeral wear bright colours please.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Douglas Macmillan Hospice or Alzheimer's Society.
